Tariff - 2010
The arrival and departure date is Saturday.
The vacancy status changes on a regular basis, therefore it is recommended that you
click here and let us know the date(s) that you require for your holiday.
The tariff detailed below includes:
Fully equipped accommodation for a period of 7 nights (unless otherwise indicated).
Electricity.
Linen and towels, but not pool/beach towels. Guests must bring their own pool/beach towels.
Basement parking space below the apartment.
Discounts:
If you would like to take the chance that we have a vacancy, last minute bookings will qualify for a 10% discount if the booking date & arrival date are in the same month.

Booking Deposit:
Your deposit, payable by cheque to the value of 25% of the tariff fee will be required. Please read Clause 2 of the Booking Conditions.
Balancing Payment:
A cheque covering the balancing payment will be required 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday plus and additional £150 damage deposit. Please read Clause 3 of the Booking Conditions.
Arrival & Departure:
On the day of arrival Guests may arrive at the Apartment from 3.30pm onwards and on the day of departure Guest are requested to leave no later than 10.30am.
